HIRDA-Somalia’s work is overseen by a board carefully selected on the basis of professional experience and a blend of technical strengths in the thematic areas of focus. The board is composed of members who have encountered and are versed with the local context but equally exposed to various networks for fundraising, resource mobilization, visibility and technical linkages.

The board is responsible for putting the right management structures in place to ensure that the strategic objectives are met with verifiable results and serves as the custodian of organizational growth and vision by providing strategic direction and leadership.
